If you are looking for an exchange we're here to help!
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer a 14-day return exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

Items must be in the same condition when they were sent and received (unworn & unwashed with tags attached and in original packing). Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. (Items must have no marks, stains or smells)

Please contact Rita Billy within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping. Once we receive the item/s from you we will inspect it to ensure it is in saleable condition. If your exchange is approved, you will be notified of this.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
